If it cannot be renewed at the expiration, the foreign trade company shall be responsible for urging the certificate。
 
  3.Foreign trade audit, notification delivery: The foreign trade company should also review the letter of credit after the initial review by the bank, according to the original contract terms, after the review, the original will be retained for the payment requirements required by the document, and the copy will be sent to the factory。After seeing the letter of credit, the factory will formally arrange production。After finishing the factory production preparation, fill in the delivery notice and send the products to the warehouse of the foreign trade company。
 
  4.Foreign trade transportation: After receiving the goods at the warehouse of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, the relevant departments shall immediately handle the shipping procedures, including chartering, booking space, commodity inspection, inspection and so on。
 
  5.Customs declaration: When filling in the declaration form, the customs declaration and customs declaration documents should be filled in at the same time, customs declaration personnel should accept customs supervision, and release after paying taxes。Customs declaration form and a special certificate for tax refund。In addition, it is necessary to attach an export receipt for verification, which shall be returned to the foreign exchange Bureau after being stamped with a release stamp。
 
  6.Negotiation of documents: After completing the above procedures and obtaining documents such as ocean bills of lading, the foreign trade company shall apply to the Bank of China and other foreign exchange banks for the advance payment of the original L/C。When inspecting the documents, the bank shall ensure that the documents are in conformity, and when they are in conformity, the advance payment shall be paid and the documents shall be sent back abroad for claim。
 
  7.Settlement: At the time of negotiation at the foreign exchange Office, the foreign exchange shall be converted into RMB according to the purchase price of the day, filled in the foreign exchange settlement notice, and transferred to foreign trade after deducting the handling fee。
 
  8.Remittance: After receiving the remittance from the foreign trade company, fill in the remittance list after deducting the original replacement shipping, insurance, business inspection fees and agency handling fees.Wait for payment of foreign trade
