1. Export declaration enterprises shall have the right to register with the local customs and inspection and quarantine Bureau, and have the right to import and export and the qualification for inspection。
Documents required for export declaration
1.The customer shall prepare the documents required by the Customs to declare the goods to the Customs 24 hours before loading after the goods arrive at the customs supervision area
2.Necessary documents: list, invoice, contract, verification, customs declaration, shipping company loading list and other documents each。3.Documents in accordance with the customs tariff provisions。(such as customs clearance, export license, etc.)
4.Export manual is required to provide manual customs declaration。
Documents required for export inspection:
1.The customer should prepare the required documents three days before the declaration date and declare to the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau。Documents to provide: invoice list, contract, inspection letter, factory inspection, carton packing list and other documents each。
2.Export goods to the United States, Australia, Canada, the European Union and other wooden packaging need to do fumigation or heat treatment, the documents provided by the customer are: list, invoice, contract, inspection authorization。If fumigation products are wood products, also need to provide factory inspection list。
3.For fumigation or heat treatment products, the customer should deliver the goods to the designated storage yard or port area for fumigation two days before customs declaration。(Fumigation time is 24 hours)
4. Export declaration shall be formally declared to the Customs。If export taxes are to be paid, they shall be paid in time。
5. Customs on-site examination is completed。After the release of the goods document, the owner shall transport the goods to the customs supervision area for inspection and release within the time specified by the Customs。If it is necessary to check, the customs broker should contact the Customs in time to inspect the goods, and after the inspection, the lead seal should be designated according to the shipping company。The goods that do not need to be inspected shall be released in time, and the loading list shall be sent to the port area for loading according to the cut-off time。
6. After the goods are exported, the shipping company will transmit the export manifest data to the customs, and after the customs receives the data, the customs declaration bank will print the tax refund and cancel the copy in time to the Customs after the customs data clearance。
Vii. Completion of export customs clearance。Customers need to pay the customs declaration and inspection agent fee in time。
