The export process that international freight forwarders must go through

  This section describes the export process
 
  Step 1: Entrust a forwarder
 
  The exporter entrusts the freight forwarder to book the shipping space for export by sea, and shows the specific consignor, consignee, notior, commodity name, serial number, carton type, carton number and estimated shipment date on the bill of lading。
 
  Step 2: Shipping company booking space
 
  After receiving the commission, the freight forwarder will book the shipping space in the shipping company, and send the shipping paper to the exporter after confirmation, telling the ship name and voyage, sailing date, bill of lading number, latest delivery date and designated delivery place。
 
  Step 3: Deliver the goods to the designated location
 
  The exporter sends the goods to the designated place according to the paper content given by the freight forwarder。Under normal circumstances, freight forwarders arrange trailers to load at the factory, which can provide convenience for exporters。

  Step 4: Confirm the bill of lading
 
  After loading, the forwarder and exporter will confirm the information shown on the bill of lading and finally submit it to the shipping company。After submission, the bill of lading information cannot be changed at will。If you need to change, you need to submit a change fee, which costs about 300-500 yuan。
 
  After the goods come back, the customs broker initiates a declaration commission to the exporter。After the exporter takes over, the customs declaration company submits relevant documents to the customs system and the required information for customs declaration, and waits for the customs review。After customs clearance, they need to wait for the goods to be loaded。
 
  Step 5: Customs declaration
 
  Step 6: Sign the bill
 
  After the freight forwarder company sails, the shipping company signs back the bill of lading, the exporter and the freight forwarder settle the fee, the freight forwarder can mail the bill of lading to the exporter that is, the shipper。Finally, the bill of lading is sent by the consignor to the consignee, who holds the bill of lading representing the certificate of title to pick up the goods, so that the entire export process is completed。
 
  Importers and exporters should submit the following documents when they declare:
