  International sea import process: the consignee prepares the import documents → exchange documents → customs declaration → customs declaration → equipment delivery → container pickup → delivery of goods。

  1.Get the necessary documents

  The shipper should contact the foreign customer to obtain the bill of lading, invoice and packing list and must hold a non-wood packing certificate or fumigation certificate。Upon receipt, provide the forwarder with import documents including contract (general trade)。

  2.换单

  The freight forwarder identifies the carrier of the goods, the ship's agent and the place of change。Take the bill of lading to the shipping company to replace it。Further contact the site to confirm the pick-up fee, pick-up fee, loading fee and return fee。

  3.Import commodity inspection

  Through the customs code certificate, you can confirm whether the goods need commodity inspection。Import goods that need to be inspected in advance should also be inspected at the Commodity Inspection Bureau。Commodity inspection should also be carried out as soon as possible, usually after the commodity inspection。

  4.Inspection of imported plants and animals

  If you need to move the implant inspection, you should also submit the packing list invoice contract declaration form to the inspection agency for inspection before customs declaration, and stamp the customs clearance on the declaration form。The inspection process can be carried out at the depot after customs clearance。

  5.Import declaration

  The freight forwarder shall seal the declaration materials provided by the consignor and the container number provided by the storage yard or trailer, and make the correct declaration materials。Application materials include: invoice, packing list, shipping company replacement bill of lading, customs declaration power of attorney, import goods declaration, commodity inspection, plant testing and so on。

  6.Invoice tax。

  Where import duties are payable on imported goods for general trade, they shall be paid in the form of checks。After the customs has issued the letter of payment, it shall issue a cheque to pay the customs duties。Generally speaking, the Bank of China。The bank will stamp the payment after the duty is paid。

  7.Customs clearance

  8.Customs secondary release

  After the material deposit is obtained, the shipping agent's container control Department shall authorize the consignee to go to the import container release post to collect the goods, get the container equipment delivery form, and check whether the content is correct。After unloading the imported goods, the underwriter will return the empty containers to the designated location。After the empty container is returned to the designated storage yard, the consignee shall immediately go to the container control Department to settle the container charge with the deposit certificate。

  10.提货

  The freight forwarder or consignee documents contact the trailer to pick up the goods at the docks and stations designated by the shipping agent。

  The custodian goes to the container control department to settle the container deposit。
