Second, change the order
1.The agent shall confirm the time and place of arrival of the vessel to the designated shipping agent or shipping company, and shall confirm the name of the second vessel if transshipment is required。
2.Original Bill of lading with endorsement (fax and guarantee of telex shipment if telex shipment) to the shipping company or shipping agent exchange bill of lading (small bill of lading)。
Note: "Endorsed original Bill of Lading" comes in two forms:
(1) The "booking person" shown in the consignee column is endorsed by the consignor;
(2) The real consignee is displayed in the consignee column, and the consignee needs to endorse。
Third, apply for inspection
The Inspection and Quarantine Bureau shall confirm whether the ticket is subject to commodity inspection according to the supervision conditions of the "commodity code"。
Fourth, maritime import declaration
1.Customs agents are responsible for import declaration
2.Import declaration materials include: original bill of lading with endorsement/avionics copy, packing list, invoice, contract, small bill of lading。
3.海关：
(1) Customs clearance time: within one working day。
(2) Special goods :2-3 working days。

Fifth, handle the delivery of goods
1.Customs agent enterprises with the original bill of lading (telex release of goods fax and guarantee) to the shipping company or shipping agent container control department for delivery of goods。
2.Goods delivery orders: When containers enter and exit the port area or the station, the return person, the transport person and the container manager or their agent exchange certificates of containers and other mechanical equipment, with the function of the container manager issuing container certificates。There are two kinds of inlet and outlet, and the exchange procedure is handled at the gate of the dock yard。
Note: LCL cargo (CFS terms of delivery), with the shipping agency business department import section notice to the container management department to pay the import bill fee, and then with the small bill of lading and sub-bill directly to the dock to pick up the goods, no need to handle the equipment delivery sheet。
Sixth, carry a suitcase
1.Customs agent enterprises with a small bill of lading and the trailer company's "suitcase application" to the container management department to handle the import of containers overdue fees, unloading fees, import documents fees and other procedures。
2.If the depositor is not the consignee indicated on the bill of lading, the depositor must issue a letter of guarantee (guarantee) agreeing to deposit the deposit for the consignee and pay the corresponding fee。
3.After the deposit is completed and the shipping agent's container control department approves, go to the import place to pick up the goods, get the delivery list of container equipment, and check whether the contents of the goods are correct。
4.After emptying the imported goods, the consignee shall return the empty containers to the designated return place。
5.After the empty container is returned to the designated storage yard, the consignee shall promptly go to the container management department to settle the container charge with the deposit certificate。
Seventh, take delivery
Customs agent or consignee through the small bill of lading contact the trailer to the ship agent designated the dock and venue to pick up the goods。
The depositor goes to the container control department to handle the settlement procedure of the container deposit。
The maritime industry needs to pay attention to is that the cargo assembly needs to be signed by the shipping company or the shipping agent of the bulk bill of lading (subbill), the use of small bills of lading and subbill to the dock to pick up the goods。
