- Application form -
● Consignee filing application form (can be downloaded from the General Administration of Customs);
● Copies of industrial and commercial business license, identity certificate of legal representative, registration form of foreign trade operators, etc., check the original
● Quality and safety management system;
● Organization, department functions, and job responsibilities related to food safety;
● Food types and storage locations;
● If you are engaged in food import, processing and sales within 2 years, you should provide relevant instructions (food variety and quantity);
● If the customs declaration is made on its own, the record receipt of the consignee of the import and export goods shall be provided。
- Handler -
1.Enterprises enter the filing system through the following two websites to submit applications。
● Registration system for importers and exporters of imported food and cosmetics。
● "Internet + Customs" integrated platform。
2.The enterprise shall submit the above written application materials to the customs of the place of industrial and commercial registration。
3.If the application materials are true and complete, the customs will review and accept them and complete the filing within 5 working days。
4.The Customs shall issue a record number through the record filing system and publish the record list。
- Record information modification -
If the declarant's record information (consignee name, address, telephone number, etc.) changes, it shall submit an application for modification through the record system in a timely manner, and modify it after approval by the Customs。
