  Qualification requirements for dairy importers:
 
  1.Foreign trade operator registration certificate。
 
  2.Having the registration certificate of the consignee or consignor;
 
  3.Having the record registration certificate of the inspection reporting unit;
 
  4.It has the right to operate dairy products within its business scope。
 
  Special qualification requirements for dairy import declaration:
 
  1.China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Food, soil and livestock。
 
  2.Enterprises must obtain a food circulation license。
 
  3.For imported milk powder, an automatic import licence is required。
 
  4.The importer completes the receipt and delivery of imported food/goods filing
 
  5.Foreign manufacturers must be registered with the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China。
