03 Declaration and inspection

According to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Import and Export Food Safety, export food operators must ensure that the export food meets the standards and contractual requirements of the importing country (region)。If the importing country (region) does not have relevant standards, the contract does not require, the exported food should meet China's national food safety standards
The exporter of tea or its agent shall, in accordance with the provisions, declare to the customs in the place where the tea factory is located with the necessary certificates such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, export certificates, and supply certificates of raw materials for export food processing and relevant approval documents。
