    (3) import order contracts;

      5, import of used mechanical and electrical products, should be provided to the AQSIQ authorized or permitted inspection and quarantine institutions issued by the pre-inspection report of imported products;
 

      6, the import of used mechanical and electrical products for innovation (including remanufacturing, the same below), should be provided to engage in innovative affairs related certification information;

 

      7. Import of mechanical and electrical products purchased by the world bidding method shall be provided with the World Bidding Evaluation Results issued by the world bidding authority.。
