The List of wild plants under key National protection (see annex, hereinafter referred to as the "List"), approved by The State Council on August 7, 2021, is hereby published and shall come into force as of the date of publication。The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
Before the release of this announcement, the administrative license and the administrative license decision have been legally obtained, and the relevant activities can continue according to law within the validity period。
Prior to the publication of this announcement, where an application has been submitted to the original wild plant competent department, the original wild plant competent department shall continue to handle the examination and approval procedures, and the approved administrative license or decision shall be valid until December 31, 2021。
State key protectionWild plantThe list (the first batch) shall be abolished as of the date of publication of this announcement。
