According to Maoming Customs, red coral, ivory and their products are protected species in the Appendix of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora。According to the CITES Convention and relevant Chinese laws, the import and export of endangered wild animals and plants and their products must obtain an import and export license from the national Endangered species import and export Administration。
